After reviewing information on your site, I took the cooktop apart and removed the 12" element, noting that it was shorted out and needed replacing. I ordered the part in the morning. I searched for the right part that I needed and tracked it down to AppliancePartsPros.Com. I did call and speak to someone in customer service about what would I do if I received the glass door broken, and was told that it is packed well and that shouldn't happen. If it should happen you can return it to us, no problem. Well, 2 days later(with regular shipping) the box was delivered to my doorstep. Handle fell off oven which itself seemed like an easy fix but noticed frame at bottom was showing some corrosion, so I ordered a replacement part for the frame. Part was back ordered and Appliance Parts Pros kept me up to date when part was to arrive. Part arrived on date promised but part was bent during shipping.
