Bought and installed new hinges. Repair took about an hour but I also cleaned all the glass inside and out on both oven doors. I ordered the replacement part and undid two screws on the front of the cooktop then used a nut driver to undo the clamps holding the burner in.I took a picture of the wiring then used needle nose pliers to gently pull the connectors off the terminals. reinstalling you just line up the new burner with the old one and screw the clamps back on. there are no predrilled holes the screws just bite into the insulation. The oven temperature was low and the heating time excessive. However, the range display showed the requested 400F, even though the oven was really 250F.
