I took all the food out of the fridge, and tilted the refrigerator 30degrees to the left (if looking straight at the fridge). I unscrewed the cardboard backing, and moved the drip tube from the drain pan. I unscrewed the 4 screws for the drain pan, and the 2 hex screws holding up the metal plate on the left side (becuase there is a lip on the metal plate that holds the pan in). The plastic piece on the handle where the screw goes in to hold glass door up had broke. I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly.
