The top had to be removed but with the unit being 14 years old, galvanic corrosion had seized the screws holding the Burner Heads to the Orifices. I carefully drilled out the heads of the screws until the Burner heads could be pulled free. I removed the two screws that held the Burner control assembly with all the gas valves in place. If your oven igniter glows but the oven won't heat, the bake and broil valve likely isn't opening to allow gas flow. Moderate DIY repair in 30-45 minutes.
Got information from a repairman to use a multi-meter to see if the ignitors were drawing 3+ amps through the gas safety valve. They weren't. Took the bottom plate of each oven out and removed the gas burner with the ignitor attached. Unscrewed the ignitors, replaced with new one. The replacements were an exact match, no splicing or wire nuts, just unplug the old ones, plug in the new one and reassemble everything. Took about 10 minutes per oven.
