Replaced it. The instructions did not come with the Handle and a picture I had of the parts did not tell me. I used a putty knife to removed the ring around the door and once that was off could see where the rest of the door was held in with snaps. Using the putty knife again I moved the rest of the door, to expose the handle. Unscrew the screws holding the handle placed the new one on and re-screwed it. This is a support piece that sits on the microwave floor and connects to the turntable motor, allowing the glass tray to rotate during cooking. It acts as a drive coupling between the motor shaft and the turntable. Replace this support if your glass tray wobbles, does not rotate, or the coupling tabs are cracked or worn.
