Easy, after I found out the stop is removed by inserting a small screwdriver in the notch in the side, and that the stop is removed by pushing down on it rather than up, like you would normally think. There was some residue left in the bottom hole which had to be dug out with my pocket knife, before inserting the new stop. Stop was fairly easy to find on your web-site, the order process was very good, and the delivery was excellent. Read more
I discovered that the rear portion of the control housing, the condensate collector which diverts the water through the back panel into the drain line, had broken. To remove the housing there is one screw centered towards the front which must be removed, then a screw at each end of the control face which only need to be loosened. Pull the entire assembly forward and down, then disconnect the electrical connector. It will be a puzzle figuring out the order of transferring the control... Read more
