I initially ordered the bottom rack that supports the crisper drawers which to my delight arrived much quicker than was stated. Using past customer reviews helped me immensely with removing parts from the old and installing to the new rack . Unfortunately I broke a shutter slide removing it,l called APC ( do not try to spread open the shutter slide it will break) I was connected with Robin H who was VERY helpful with my needs. I finally figured out that I needed whole new gaskets and found the right parts on this website. The new gaskets were easy to install, even easier than what was shown on the instruction video. The installation was a bit different than the video due to the hooks and the whole apparatus they are attached to. But the video gives you enough to figure out what you should do. Read more
