Went on line, found Appliance Parts Pro, looked at their video, saw that I could do it, and ordered the parts. When the parts arrived, removed old parts, and inserted new ones. At first it seems that the pulley can't be removed to make this repair. However,after removing the screw that holds the pulley in place, if you take a small screwdriver and tap the center of the pulley bracket with a hammer it comes out from behind and will go back in with hand pressure after repair.
