This was not an obvious source of a leak. The Tower Heater Assembly Nut developed a crack over time due to heat exposure. So the leak was gradual slowly getting worse over time. It was a hairline crack that ran down one of the edges of the nut making it hard to see. In talking to a pro he said it isn't a common problem.
