After changing water filter, flow came to a stop. Would chatter without any water. Confirmed I had flow from the wall supply to the fridge as I broke the water line at the union and let run into a bucket. Then I removed the water filter housing and tube assembly after reconnecting supply. Now the water was only circulating from the wall to the filter housing to the bucket. Isolated the problem to extreme frost build up on the evaporator coils. I measured an open circuit on the defrost heater/thermostat, so I ordered both.
