Jeff H Sacramento , CA June 21, 2018 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator PSS29NSTASS Crack in the short rubber tubing located in the right bottom rear of refrigerator the chrome coating on the dispenser tray was peeling and badly water stained Pulled down the existing drain tube and installed new one. Tight area so it requires two hands to push up and attach the new tube. The short rubber tubing attached to the new drain tube has to fit snug onto the plastic tube connection that hangs down. Replaced the drain pan below the evaporator coil (it was rusted to the point had a hole in it) and decided to replace both drain tubes since I had to open up the back panel. Replaced heavily corroded drip pan and partially clogged drain tube. Definitely take the time to spray coat the drip pan with cold-spray galvanized coating and caulk around the crimped spout.
