The freezer gasket was not sealing properly. The new one I ordered arrived in good condition. I warmed it up in the clothes drier while removing the old one. The new one went in easily, the the problem is solved. It appears the magnetic strip in the gasket weakens over time. Read more

I finally figured out that I needed whole new gaskets and found the right parts on this website. The new gaskets were easy to install, even easier than what was shown on the instruction video. The installation was a bit different than the video due to the hooks and the whole apparatus they are attached to. But the video gives you enough to figure out what you should do. Read more

This replacement part is a refrigerator crisper pan. The crisper pan is the drawer of the refrigerator where vegetables are stored to keep them fresh.
