Got out my old manual, which provided me with the needed info. Called your customer service and with their GREAT help from them------- a new burner and burner caps were ordered. Very easy fix. Lifted off the grill and burner. Unscrewed 2 screws. Pulled the burner pan up and off. Disconnected the wire to the igniter. Used needle nosed pliers to remove the clip holding the igniter in place. Removed the gasket from the old burner pan. Placed the new igniter in the hole of the new burner pan and slipped the old clip on the igniter to hold it in place. Then put the old gasket on the new burner pan. Followed the directions posted as an answer to Paul's question. Wasn't too bad, took about an our. The one problem I had was that the burners wouldn't ignite at first. I had to go back and tighten the hex nut screws holding down the black burner caps to get the igniter sparks closer to the metal surrounds so that the arc went straight up instead of to the sides.
