This is an evaporator cover assembly that is used in many refrigerators. It is a component that is located on the top of the evaporator at the back of the fresh food compartment in the refrigerator. Common theme on the blogs was thermistors and or defrost heater/thermostat. Ran self-diagnostics which turned on defrost heater which was fine. All five thermistors indicated ok on diagnostic also, but I read more than one time "replace the thermistors no matter what if your FF section isn't cooling".
