Easy, after I found out the stop is removed by inserting a small screwdriver in the notch in the side, and that the stop is removed by pushing down on it rather than up, like you would normally think. There was some residue left in the bottom hole which had to be dug out with my pocket knife, before inserting the new stop. I discovered that the rear portion of the control housing, the condensate collector which diverts the water through the back panel into the drain line, had broken. To remove the housing there is one screw centered towards the front which must be removed, then a screw at each end of the control face which only need to be loosened. This front shelf support holds the glass or wire shelves in your refrigerator's fresh food compartment. It clips into the refrigerator walls and provides stable support for loaded shelves. Replace if your shelves are sagging, won't stay in place, or the support brackets are broken or missing.
