In 20-year-old GE Electric Range Model Model JBP78BY1BB, I replaced the electric control panel for oven. Original GE Part was WB27T10102. Appliance Parts Pro (APP) provided excellent help and directed me to the closest replacement, which was GE Part No. WB27X10311 with APP part no. AP263445. I lifted up the door and removed it. Next, I laid out newspaper on the floor. I placed the door on the newspaper upside down. With my socket driver, I removed the bottom door trim. I then used a pocket knife to remove the remaining glass in the top groove. I then slid in the new glass and reinstalled the trim.
