Replace your oven's left-hand door hinge to restore smooth opening and a proper seal. Fixes doors that won't close, sag, or have weak springs. Confirm fit.
The door hinge latches were bent, which made it difficult to remove the door and re-insert. The door hinge design was changed from a pin insert to a latch from the previous model. Unfortunately, the latch on the 24 inch oven is thin and easily bent, which is likely the source of the problem. I purchased spare door hinges to facilitate re-installing the oven door should I ever have problems with removing and inserting the door again. Read more
Oven won't heat or stops heating? This thermal fuse thermostat opens the circuit at unsafe temperatures. Common fix after self-clean mode failures.
I was devastated to hear my wife tell me our Whirlpool double oven was dead after she used the self clean mode. After my research, I found this problem to be more common than expected. I kept seeing reference made to Appliance Parts Pros during my research. I went to the website and found the parts I didnt think anyone had. APP was quick, the price was excellent and when I called their staff I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! They had my parts to me in no time and I fixed... Read more

I purchased a can of black appliance spray paint, removed the panels on the dishwasher, sprayed them, and a few hours later put them back. They're beautiful and it looks like I have a brand new dishwasher! It now matches everything and looks great with the new granite counter tops I just installed. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT IDEA!!! This latch sister board controls the oven's motorized door lock used for self-clean and safety interlock functions. Replacing a failed board restores reliable lock/unlock operation so your oven can start cycles and complete cleaning as designed.
Install notes:
I didn't pull the double oven out of the wall making it a little tighter to work on. Installation takes 5 minutes Disassembly takes a little longer. So it took me about 30 minutes start to finish. Suggestion.... always use your phone to take photos as you disassemble electric parts. Remembering wiring assemblies can be daunting. The parts were OEM. No adaption required. I've ordered for other appliances in the past and have been satisfied with prices and savings on labor. Read more
Oven won't heat properly or overheats after self-cleaning? A faulty lower thermostat often causes temperature regulation issues. Moderate DIY repair.
Replacement hinge for wall oven doors. Installs at door pivot point to restore smooth opening and closing. Needed when original is cracked, worn, or broken.
A you tube video helped in removing the oven door. After removing the screws, though, the top did not separate. Since I could lift the bottom up enough to get the old door hinges out and put the new ones in, I closed it back and put the screws back in. There was an issue in screw in two of the screws on the bottom of the door. They would not screw all the way in and are about 1/8 inch out. I checked the depth of the hole and it appears to be blocked about 1/2 inch down, although that... Read more

Oven won't heat after self-clean? This thermal fuse protects your oven from overheating. Replacement takes about 1 hour with basic tools. Video guide included.
Not sure which fuse might be bad, I ordered all three. The oven is almost twenty years old, so I figured it couldn't hurt to replace them all. The breakers marked oven were tripped, so we figured everything was off. Wrong! The 220 and the 120 are separate breakers. We found this out the old fashioned way, we got shocked. Anyway, the fix is pretty simple. Take off decorative trim. Only one screw on each side holds it on. Remove four screws securing oven to cabinet, and slide oven out. Our oven... Read more
