Opened oven door with a coat hanger slid between the door and frame. Installed new oven door latch. Read more
After inspecting the unit I noticed the inner oven box had four sections. The center section of the ceiling of the top oven had separated from the right side wall and had fallen to contact the top heating element. The gap created affected the Oven Temp. Sensor which caused the ven to shut off and the code to display. I repaired the ceiling and cleared the code. Problem solved. The challenge was removing the door. Once I found out that I needed a couple of pins to remove the door, the repair to less than 15 minutes to swap out the hinge which comes with removal pin already in place. Read more

My wife thought we should order an entire door or replace the ovens! I found AppliancePartsPros online. Ordered the wrong part only realizing this after taking the door apart. I then called customer service and Mr. Chris Norwood handled my call. He cancelled my order and found the correct glass for me. This was about 3pm on a Fri.
