I could not find an exact video of the repair on appliance parts pros.No YouTube videos for my model. However, I found one similar enough to get an understanding of how the mechanism works. It took some gentle maneuvering to not break the new part installing. As well “still not sure why Samsung made these parts out of plastic”. Luckily appliance parts pros were the only website I could find that sold the replacement part. Which is crazy considering the manufacturer itself does not produce them. Read more
