Ordered parts to reattach the handle online. I ordered an array of parts totaling $60, including 2 nylon pins that may have been right and left. Only one worked so hopefully that was the reason - not clear on the parts list. End caps are plastic and broken tabs trying to put them on so they are glued in place. Bolt also had to be replaced and was already taped with Teflon, presumably from the original Samsung install, and might have been the reason for the handle failure. Anyway, all is well... Read more

Very simple fix. All it took was removing the drawer and with a Phillips screwdriver screwed the replacement wheel into place and then replacing the drawer. It took longer to open the package and remove the part from shipping than it did to fix to drawer. Read more
