Reviewed several on-line videos. Dispenser on our refrigerator is relatively simple fix. Trick is pulling the assembly out of the door so you can get at it. Videos very helpful. Difficulty in getting spring in correctly. Finally taped it in place on lever with small piece of scotch tape so it stayed in place while maneuvering lever into place. Lever snaps in place. First off I unplugged the refrigerator. I removed the meat tray, and the three screws on either side. The screws hold the meat tray drawer guides. I then removed the vegetable drawer, the fruit drawer, and the shelf above the two drawers, these did not have screws. Removed the one screw that held the damper motor housing. Initially called repair man and he checked it out , took about half of the freezer insides out to decide the fan was bad. Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week. So I finished tearing apart the freezer to get to part removing the ice maker and rear panel, removed fan and ordered new parts, parts arrived as said and I put back together.
