After finding an excellent video on Youtube that addressed the exact problem I had, I ordered: a defrost heater and also replaced the Thermo Bimetal-Protec, and a sensor. The biggest problem was getting the ice that had formed on the back of my refrigerator to melt. I allowed this to happen on its own without applying heat as I feared heat may damage some of the plastic parts on the refrigerator. The caster-rear is a wheel assembly located at the back bottom of the appliance that allows for easy movement and positioning. Replace if the appliance is difficult to move, the caster is broken or doesn't roll smoothly, or you notice the appliance is uneven.
