Ordered a new one from APP, which arrived within a week. Simple fix, nothing special. What IS remarkable is that within 5 minutes on the phone, the service agent from APP had identified the part and found it in the catalog. By contrast, I spent probably 25 minutes on the phone with Samsung Canada, whose agent had no idea what I was trying to order.
