At first I tried to fix the bent rails and press back in the ball bearings, but even the sleeves were ripped. The rails purchased from Appliance Part Pros were in-stock and lowest cost. I needed to keep the metal rod that keeps the two drawer slides in sync, and a small plastic piece that holds the metal rod in place. Initially called repair man and he checked it out , took about half of the freezer insides out to decide the fan was bad. Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week. I found a YouTube video and followed the steps. It took me less than 15 minutes to complete the change out of the assembly. I removed one screw, carefully pulled out the assembly, then disconnected one cable (reversed the process for the new assembly).
