Vicci P Watzhung , NJ May 01, 2021 The ice bucket on our Samsung refrigerator was busted. I went online and found the part then decided to call to verify. I spoke to Lisa W who was fabulous. She went through everything with me, sent out the parts that day and we received them the next day...our freezer ice container is better than it ever has been. Our fridge is from 2013 and we have had problems with the ice maker and bucket all these years...the adaption made on the bucket seems to have fixed the problem.
