Initially called repair man and he checked it out , took about half of the freezer insides out to decide the fan was bad. Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week. At first I tried to fix the bent rails and press back in the ball bearings, but even the sleeves were ripped. The rails purchased from Appliance Part Pros were in-stock and lowest cost.
