WE ALSO ORDERED AN EXTRA CAP CAUSE ONE BROKE WHEN WE SNAPPED IT OFF, WE USED A VERY THIN KNIFE TO START LIFTING THE CAPS. AS YOU REMOVE IT ALL, VIDEO IT AND REMOVE THE OTHER SIDE AS WELL SO YOU CAN REMEMBER HOW TO REPLACE IT WHEN THE PARTS ARRIVE. Ordered parts to reattach the handle online. I ordered an array of parts totaling $60, including 2 nylon pins that may have been right and left. Only one worked so hopefully that was the reason - not clear on the parts list. End caps are plastic and broken tabs trying to put them on so they are glued in place. Bolt also had to be replaced and was already taped with Teflon, presumably from the original Samsung install, and might have been the reason for the handle failure. Anyway, all is well... Read more
