We used an A/V youTube for instructions and had an online chat with Appliance Parts - Josh? - who clarified that our heater was the right part even though it had one fewer plug than the original. Under a $100 for all the parts and our Samsung RF217ACRS is chillin' like a villain. The "Twin-Cooling" panel was iced solid, which took awhile to defrost.
