Ordered replacement clips. The replacements don't come with screws or the caps to cover the screws, so save all the hardware aside from the plastic hinges. You need to order the upper and lower halves of the hinges. The repair was very quick and easy, took about 5 minutes to attach the hinges to the shelf, and screw the shelf back into the side of the ice maker. Very happy to have the shelf back. Read more

At first I tried to fix the bent rails and press back in the ball bearings, but even the sleeves were ripped. The rails purchased from Appliance Part Pros were in-stock and lowest cost. I needed to keep the metal rod that keeps the two drawer slides in sync, and a small plastic piece that holds the metal rod in place. Initially called repair man and he checked it out , took about half of the freezer insides out to decide the fan was bad. Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week. So I finished tearing apart the freezer to get to part removing the ice maker and rear panel, removed fan and ordered new parts, parts arrived as said and I put back together. Changed the evaporator fan cover. I was told it comes with the fan motor and it did not so I had to order a fan motor. Then I found the fan wire harness was corroded and broken. I also installed an aluminum tab on the heater element that extends down the drain hole. I also had to clean the back of the fridge and unclog the two drain tubes on the back of the fridge next to the compressor and now it works fine.
