Apparently this was a known problem on the Samsung Model RF4287HAWP/XAA OR HABP/XAA. The control harness leading to the draw is part of the rail slide assembly and after 2 years the cable had snapped from regular use (poor design). So the fix was straight forward once I ordered the part: 1. Remove the draw tray 2. Remove electric harness cover, squeeze and it pops out 3. Disconnect power harness 4.
