The left side sync wheel was broken so the right side wouldn't stay all of the way closed. Replaced the left side sliding rail assembly and installed a new right side gear. At first I tried to fix the bent rails and press back in the ball bearings, but even the sleeves were ripped. The rails purchased from Appliance Part Pros were in-stock and lowest cost. I needed to keep the metal rod that keeps the two drawer slides in sync, and a small plastic piece that holds the metal rod in place. When I took the left side of the handle off I found the plastic piece that broke on the right side was about to break on the left side also.
