We ordered the replacement part from Appliance Parts Pro and the cost was quite reasonable and shipping was lightning fast! Replacement was quite easy and straight forward - remove handle and the two guides from the bottom that hold the glass, attach handle to new glass, screw in the new glass and replace the guides. The hardest part of the job was removing and lifting the built in oven out of the cabinet. Once it was out of the cabinet we had to remove the metal panel to reach the blower motor. The job was quickly completed and the oven was returned to the cabinet where I hope to get another 15 years. Read more

I didn't pull the double oven out of the wall making it a little tighter to work on. Installation takes 5 minutes Disassembly takes a little longer. So it took me about 30 minutes start to finish. Suggestion.... always use your phone to take photos as you disassemble electric parts. Remembering wiring assemblies can be daunting. The parts were OEM. No adaption required. We had to replace the panel. A few issues. We had to remove the handle from the broken panel to the new panel. This was a bit tricky but our next door neighbor had gone through this same issue so he and my husband were able to work it through without damaging anything. The only other part was lining up the screws and securityring the clips. Looks great and works great. Read more
After inspecting the unit I noticed the inner oven box had four sections. The center section of the ceiling of the top oven had separated from the right side wall and had fallen to contact the top heating element. The gap created affected the Oven Temp. Sensor which caused the ven to shut off and the code to display. I repaired the ceiling and cleared the code. Problem solved.
