The ice maker quit working and the ice on/off led didn't work. Got the model number of the fridge and went to online chat and they looked up the part for me and told me how to install it. It was a breeze. New display panel fixed the problem and life is good. Read more
Order and received hinges and the parts for the doors that were lost. After plugging it in the open door chimes started and would not stop. I call appliance Parts customer service and tech Dept. They were very patient and helpful with my ordering the parts I needed and tried to get the chimes to stop. The People I talked to were very helpful and patient in trying to fix this problem.
