Benjamin M Hopewell , VA March 30, 2015 Appliance: Model EWR121W The condenser fan motor was going bad and needed to be replaced I was not able to find the exact part, so I ordered several different parts from various websites. There was one that did fit but the electrical connection was the wrong type. I clipped off the connection from the new motor and spliced on the connection from the old motor. Daniel D Sanger , TX February 28, 2015 The condenser fan motor failed Simple on the Samsung refrigerator. Simple socket to unplug, fan popped right out . There are only 2 Philips screws holding the fan in a protective cover. The entire repair took less time than it took me to take the part out of the box. My family and I, especially my wife, couldn't be happier with Appliance Parts Pros for having such an easy to use and navigate site. Luis F Boca Raton , FL August 10, 2020 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG RS2630SH Left side of refrigerator got to hot. as well that in the middle panel in the front; opening the bottom back of fridge,, I found the fan next to the compressor was not working. Temporarily I placed a small house fan directed to the area bottom back of the unit while I received the replacement part I ordered; when I received the part I replaced and fridge return to work fine, thanks for the web instructions on how to replace the fan. Richard H Marina , CA May 01, 2015 Refrigerator condenser fan motor The condenser fan motor was making a squealing noise. After unplugging it, I removed the rear cover, unpluged the fan motor from the quick release socket and slide the fan housing out of it's bracket for removal from the refrigerator. Two screws hold the motor cover on the fan bracket, one twist and the units seperate. Seperate the fan cover at the bottom while pressing the retaining clips out. After the cover is sepeated, besure to save the rubber shaft sapcers for reuse. Assembly in reverse order. One screwdiver and less than 15 minutes. Orderd the part Sunday and itwas delvered and installed by Tuesday afternoon.
