A component that guides ice movement and helps detect when the ice storage area has reached capacity. Located within the ice maker or dispenser assembly, replacement is needed when ice jams frequently, doesn't dispense properly, or the ice maker fails to stop when full.
The ice tray would not operate properly because the ice maker support was broken. I found the support I needed on Appliance Parts Pros site, then I watched their video on how to remove the support / ice tray from the fridge. Following the video I replaced the support and ice tray then put the assembly back into the fridge and "wallah" started making ice. The caster-rear is a wheel assembly located at the back bottom of the appliance that allows for easy movement and positioning. Replace if the appliance is difficult to move, the caster is broken or doesn't roll smoothly, or you notice the appliance is uneven.
