We ordered the hooks for the shelf that had replaceable hooks. And we ordered the bottom shelf called "Pick off Shelf." The Pick off Shelf was just a replaceable shelf and was no problem. The shelf with the hooks wasn't as easy, but that's because we aren't very "savvy" when it comes to fixing things that come with no directions.
