Saw repair for similar micro oven, JVM1350AW002, on u-tube with same prob. Removed inside frame around glass with kitchen butter knife. Had to be very careful with knife to ensure didn't brake frame. Put handle on outside and fastened two screws onto handle. Replaced frame. Read more

Found coupler completely loose, shaft attachment point disintegrated; melted? On motor, plastic-like material stuck on shaft. Easily found matching microwave model on AppliancePartsPros.com and matching parts.
