Had to replace the right side cord which attached a spring to the door hinge... I received the right part very quickly (1.5 days).... I checked Youtube to see how to install and that went picture perfect - EXCEPT- there was a second problem... The plastic part which holds the far end of the spring was also broke so I fabricated a metal replacement and all was done...
