It finally gave E15 code, then after drying out the E15 code came back within 5 minutes of running. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes.There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine). I had removed the frame some time ago to deal with a different issue. It turns out there are two types of screws. Apparently, when I replaced the screws, I did so randomly, and some did not quite fit the holes, and fell out and were lost over time. This is a small roller that mounts on the dish rack track inside a dishwasher, allowing the rack to slide in and out smoothly. It supports the weight of the loaded rack and guides it along the rails. Replace this roller if your dish rack is difficult to pull out, feels wobbly, or if the existing roller is cracked, worn, or missing.
The top and middle racks had broken rollers. Tracks were intact. Went to the website with the Model number. Pulled up drawings. Turns out the rollers are part of assemblies; for the middle rack "Rail-Pull out" left and right (mirror images of each other). Top: "Holder", which is a set of two. I replaced the controller, the thin seal @ the top and the cable in the door and has seemed to resolve the issue. I removed the three screws that were in the upper part of the door handle slot and took out the inner panel screws on the door. No need to take the screws for the hinges out.
