Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. I had removed the frame some time ago to deal with a different issue. It turns out there are two types of screws. Apparently, when I replaced the screws, I did so randomly, and some did not quite fit the holes, and fell out and were lost over time.
