One end cap was broken but I ordered 2 since the shipping was the same price. I replaced both by removing the Tork screws on both sides of the door panel (one side at a time). There was a bolt on the inside panel of the door that secured the end cap. I replaced the end cap and tightened the bolt moderately so as to not crack the plastic end cap. First I removed the three screws thathold in the trim and thought that the piece would just pop out. I was wrong. I had to remove the front door cover in order to remove the trim piece. Once removed the new piece snapped right into place. Screwed the front panel back on, and then replaced the three screws that hold the trim piece in.
