I pulled the unit away from the counter, and unplugged it. I backed out 6 screws on the door. The door front came off and I pulled off the trim. I then had access to the control module. I pulled several pin connectors and then replaced the control Module with the new one. It was very easy and only took about 20 minutes. Read more

After some online research, I luckily found someone else with the same issue. They also included a link to the correct control module, which was important because all the online parts suppliers were recommending the wrong part. I pulled mine out and compared photos and was confident I was getting the correct part for my dishwasher. I wish I could include photos to show how burnt my original control module was. Read more
