One end cap was broken but I ordered 2 since the shipping was the same price. I replaced both by removing the Tork screws on both sides of the door panel (one side at a time). There was a bolt on the inside panel of the door that secured the end cap. I replaced the end cap and tightened the bolt moderately so as to not crack the plastic end cap. Wax motor for detergent/rinse-aid dispenser.
Took door off, saw that dispenser linkage was ok, I could open and close by hand, so figured the wax motor or the wiring to it were most likely the problem. I took off the wax motor ( actuator) and ran 120 volts to it via jumper wires, and it did not move at all, so figured good chance that was the problem.
