The relay control board manages power distribution to the microwave's various components including the magnetron, turntable, and lights, typically located behind the control panel. A quick Google Search revealed the solution. Cleaning the contacts on the ribbon cable would probably solve the problem. So, I pulled the ribbon out of the socket and cleaned it with a pencil eraser per the instructions on YouTube. Easy.
