Shamish P Bellevue , WA May 13, 2015 My microwave started beeping at me one night it sounded like our son was just pushing the buttons but when i went in the ktichen to ask him what the heck he was doing noone was there! A quick Google Search revealed the solution. Cleaning the contacts on the ribbon cable would probably solve the problem. So, I pulled the ribbon out of the socket and cleaned it with a pencil eraser per the instructions on YouTube. Easy. Hmm...maybe I should use some contact cleaner on the ribbon to make sure it's really clean.... ..so after the ribbon cable dissolved, I started searching for replacement parts. I came across AppliancePartsPros on the web, but needed some help to make sure I got the right part. I called their customer service line at midnight my time (3:00 their time), and was greetaed by a very helpful associated who identified the parts that I neded, and took my order over the phone! He even aid not to worry if I did not need the parts, as they could be returned no hassle! My microwave works fine now, and I would highly recommend these folks for your parts needs.
