I replaced the door stop. Fortunately, I did NOT follow the advice on your Questions and Answers discussion and remove the door to do this: "You will need to remove the door hinge cover and hinge from the top of the door. Then lift and remove the door from the refrigerator. Lay the door on a soft surface and remove the screws holding the door stop WR2X9302 in place. Reinstall in reverse order." This recess heater was a last resort 'nuclear' option that I never employed. First repair was to replace the solenoid that keeps the little door from staying open and letting room air back up it. Also replaced the gaskets around both doors which allowed the freezer and fridge sides to stay at the right temp. That seems to have done the trick.
