The replacement was made to fit various models. None of the instructions really fit my model. Ended up spending less time actually replacing it than reading the instructions. Took about 15 minutes. Needed a zip tie to hold the wires to back, otherwise the ice drawer would not shut. Works great, faster than the original, makes 8 cubes every 40 minutes. The ice dispenser door was not closing tightly. As a result, there was frost build up in the ice chute, which also was allowing ambient air and temperature into the freezer compartment.
