The Appliance Parts Pros telephone representative made sure I ordered the correct part and it was shipped in very short order to my home. Installation was easy as unplugging the refridgerator, removing two screws, unpluggeing the old part, plugging the new one to the wire connector on the redridgerator and re-installing the screws. Replaced the thermostat. It was a trick wiggling the capillary line out of it's well, but once out, replacing it was simple. Lots of screws, so remember where they all go. Take pics, as you disassemble it, totally from the fridge section. Also be careful to have the correct side of the thermostat box up, or the knob will point in the wrong direction. Ask me how I know this. :) Also, on my particular model, there was no place to connect the ground wire, so it grounded through the chassis. Read more
