Watched a few of your videos and ordered the springs and a insert, and actually got the parts right. I am not a Appliance repair guy but I am retired and I am pretty handy so I thought what the heck. This removable cup holds liquid fabric softener and releases it during the rinse cycle of the wash. Located in the washer's dispenser drawer or agitator, it should be replaced when fabric softener doesn't dispense properly, the cup is cracked, or softener residue cannot be cleaned away.
