Includes one bolt for moving a front load washer
Ordered new spider and associated parts from you guys. Rather than install spider which was bare aluminum I coated the entire unit except spindle with 3 coats of epoxy paint. cleaned the drum and water tub the minor scratches in the front drum I filled with two part epoxy and leveled. Checked rear bearing which were ok, but if you need them they are availible from bearings direct on line 6307zz interior bearing and 6306zz exterior bearing cost 21.00 including shipping. My washer began to emit a roaring noise, especially during the spin cycle. After a little research I determined that the likely culprit was seal and bearing failure plaguing front-load washing machines. I disassembled my Samsung WF306LAW/XAA in order to gain access to the three bearings. Since the DC61-01558A was discontinued, I came across DC97-10417A during my online research. They appeared to be exactly the same, so......I decided to give it a try. After ensuring the water and electricity supplies are shut off, I remove the two screws at the rear of washer, opened the lid to access the water guide. It was a perfect match. I used a Philips screwdriver, a needle nose plier to complete the task. Very easy to do, just can't believe a plastic part costs over $100.00! Read more

Pulled top off (4 black screws on back of machine, top right and left corners). Slide lid straight back. Pcb was mounted to back wall of machine. Simple switch out, took a couple of minutes, a part that was less than $40.00 and I was doing laundry again. Beats spending another $800-$1000 on a new machine! Read more

Maytag neptune that I purchessed in 2005 would sometimes beep and show error code.Noted that this would happen when it attemped to enter the high speed spin cycle,from info that I got from BLOG someone sugested most proble cause MOTOR. I had to do this by myself and I knew the drum assembly is very heavy. I had watched a video online where they used a strap to hold up the drum. However, my drum had nothing to hook to. So, since I had the front and back off, I slid a 2x4 under the drum from front to back, supported the front of the 2x4, and then lifted the drum with a hydraulic floor jack from the back.
